Then why not join a Pick up and Knit course, if you are local to Sandwich, Kent, or alternatively visit our online shop to buy a beginners knitting kit, so you can learn in the comfort of your own home.​ 

Courses are taught in small groups, by a patient teaching professional, who has been knitting for many years, and has enabled local children, as young as 8, to learn this useful craft.

Knitting Club is held at Sandwich Junior School, during lunchtimes, for pupils of the school.

Knitting courses for 11-17 year olds are held after school in Sandwich on Tuesdays, and adult courses are once a month on Tuesday mornings. Check the Bookings page for more info. Other days and times can be made available. Please get in touch for more details.

All adults working with under 18s will hold a current disclosure barring service (DBS) certificate.
